We are recruiting an Executive Assistant to provide business support to the Director, Trustees and the local teams.

This is a part-time, term time only post.

crossteach is an educational charity which has been teaching about the Christian faith in schools since 2001. Our work has never been so appreciated by schools, nor so needed. Our schools workers support teaching and learning through:

  • Providing direct encounters with Christians speaking about their faith which are enjoyable, memorable and challenging.
  • Teaching informed RE lessons that provoke critical enquiry and thoughtful reflection.
  • Leading inspiring, stimulating Collective Worship.
  • Running extracurricular activities that allow pupils to explore fundamental questions about human life, religion and belief.

You will be an experienced Executive Administrator (or similar) who is supportive of the work we do and keen to use your skills and experience to help us achieve our aims.

This position is a part time post – 12 hours per week Term Time only (0.25 FTE)

Salary: crossteach operates a salary scale to recognise qualifications and experience and allow for progression within the organisation. The starting salary for this post is £4,594 (£18,376 FTE pro rata) (with inner London weighting).

Note: We would consider working with a self-employed Executive Assistant for this post. If the successful applicant is self-employed, we will agree to pay an hourly rate for work done.
