Crossteach is a unique organisation the kind of which I have never come across before. It immediately stood out to me as the perfect place for me to approach as a potential placement. The course I am studying is specifically focused on schools work and, as such, requires the majority of my practical work to be in secondary schools. As Crossteach's work is mainly based in schools it fitted perfectly in practice, and after meeting the team and getting a better idea of what they do it seemed a really exciting opportunity to be part of.
'Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding' Proverbs 3 :5 is something I'm sure I'll be holding onto as I start this new chapter in my life!
I love the outdoors, and enjoy going for nice walks in the beautiful countryside (coming from East Anglia it’s much easier with less hills!) I also love spending time with friends and family.
