For Churches – get involved

crossteach has a network of supporting churches who pray for the work, give, volunteer and invite us to speak about the work. The support is essential for us to be able to employ professional staff and provide our services free of charge to schools. Our supporting Churches are broadly evangelical from a range of denominations. We ask that all supporting churches note our basis of faith, which is available here.

We rely on individuals and churches to pray for us regularly. You can find us on

We provide our service to schools free of charge, so we rely on individuals and churches to give financially.

We love working with volunteers from local churches who support our work practically. We are always on the look-out for volunteers to help to run Easter and Christmas Experiences. Training is provided. We would love to hear from you if you would like to find out more about volunteering with a crossteach team. Please note that volunteers are expected to carry out a DBS check and follow crossteach policies including the safeguarding policy.

We love to visit churches to talk about our work. Could you invite one of our staff to visit your church on a Sunday or to a midweek meeting?

We would also love to hear from you if you are interested in getting involved with crossteach work in an area where we already have a team, or partnering with us to set up a crossteach schools work in a different part of the country.

To get involved in any way please contact us using the form on the right hand side of this page

“I am immensely grateful to God for our partnership. I have been hugely impressed by the character of those involved with crossteach, the quality of resources, and their range of expertise. With the support of crossteach I have been able to share what faith in Jesus looks like in appropriate, fun, and though provoking ways. I would like to commend crossteach and encourage other churches and schools to consider partnering with them. I would also like to thank them for the work they are doing and the support they have given to me.” Rev’d Tom Devas, Curate, St. Mary’s Church, Wollaton Park, Nottingham

crossteach function to highest professional standards with a sensitive approach to the children to whom they are communicating and the material which they use. I have personally seen how they teach and have appreciated their integrity, sincerity and ability which impressed both the pupils and the teachers from various schools. I would have no reservations about recommending this organisation to any school, knowing this would enhance the religious and moral education of the children” Bill Patterson, Elder, Emmanuel Church, Leamington Spa
